Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern all aerial inspection, imaging, and data collection services provided by ACME Thermal LLC. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Flight Operations & Airspace Compliance

All operations are conducted in strict compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 regulations and local airspace laws.

• Flights are subject to weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), and FAA airspace authorizations.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or abort flights at our sole discretion if weather, safety hazards, or airspace restrictions compromise safe operation.

3. Site Access & Authorization

By scheduling an inspection, the client represents and warrants that they own the subject property or have obtained full written authorization from the property owner for aerial data capture and low-altitude flight operations over the property.

4. Deliverables & Data Usage

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (photos, thermal data, PDF reports) for their internal business, maintenance, insurance, or personal purpose.
• Marketing Rights: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand, ACME Thermal LLC retains the right to use non-confidential flight imagery and video for promotional, portfolio, and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our inspection reports and raw data represents visual and thermal observations made at the time of the flight. They do not constitute formal engineering, structural architecture, or roofing warranty certifications unless explicitly signed by a licensed structural engineer or certified specialist. ACME Thermal LLC is not liable for undetected pre-existing defects or subsequent property failures.
